Pink Lady
A pre-Prohibition classic that dates back to the early 1900s. Known for its lovely pink hue and silky texture derived from egg white, this cocktail balances the botanical notes of gin with the fruitiness of applejack and pomegranate grenadine. Despite its delicate appearance, it packs a considerable punch.
