A rich and velvety Tiki classic originating from the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands. It is a smoother, more potent relative of the Piña Colada, defined by its heavy pineapple presence and aromatic nutmeg finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 ozDark Rum(Pusser's Rum is the traditional choice)
  • 4 ozPineapple Juice
  • 1 ozOrange Juice(Freshly squeezed)
  • 1 ozCream of Coconut(Such as Coco Lopez)

Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. 1Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake vigorously until well-chilled and the cream of coconut is fully emulsified.
  3. 3Strain into a hurricane glass or Tiki mug filled with fresh crushed ice.
  4. 4Garnish with a generous dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
