Ingredients
- 1.5 ozIrish Whiskey(A smooth Irish blend)
- 4 ozHot Coffee(Freshly brewed and strong)
- 2 tspBrown Sugar(Adjust to taste)
- 1 ozHeavy Cream(Lightly whipped until thick but still pourable)
Instructions
- 1Pre-heat a mug with hot water, then discard the water.
- 2Fill the mug about three-quarters full with hot coffee.
- 3Add brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
- 4Stir in the Irish whiskey.
- 5Carefully pour the whipped cream over the back of a warm spoon so it floats on top of the coffee.
