Ingredients

  • 1.5 ozIrish Whiskey(A smooth Irish blend)
  • 4 ozHot Coffee(Freshly brewed and strong)
  • 2 tspBrown Sugar(Adjust to taste)
  • 1 ozHeavy Cream(Lightly whipped until thick but still pourable)

Instructions

  1. 1Pre-heat a mug with hot water, then discard the water.
  2. 2Fill the mug about three-quarters full with hot coffee.
  3. 3Add brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. 4Stir in the Irish whiskey.
  5. 5Carefully pour the whipped cream over the back of a warm spoon so it floats on top of the coffee.
