Greenbriar

A sophisticated low-ABV classic from the 1920s, the Greenbriar balances the nutty complexity of dry sherry with the herbal notes of dry vermouth. A touch of peach bitters and the aromatic lift of shaken mint create a refreshing, aperitivo-style experience.
