Ingredients

  • 2 ozDry Vermouth(Ideally a high-quality French dry vermouth)
  • 1 ozBenedictine
  • 3 dashesAbsinthe(or a rinse of the glass)

Instructions

  1. 1Add the dry vermouth, Benedictine, and absinthe into a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
