Ingredients

  • 2 ozBrandy
  • 0.5 ozSimple Syrup
  • 1Whole Egg(fresh)
  • GratedNutmeg(for garnish)

Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. 1Crack the whole egg into a shaker and add the brandy and simple syrup.
  2. 2Perform a 'dry shake' (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg.
  3. 3Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. 4Double strain into a chilled coupe or wine glass.
