Ingredients
- 2 ozBrandy
- 0.5 ozSimple Syrup
- 1Whole Egg(fresh)
- GratedNutmeg(for garnish)
Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- 1Crack the whole egg into a shaker and add the brandy and simple syrup.
- 2Perform a 'dry shake' (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- 3Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- 4Double strain into a chilled coupe or wine glass.
