  • 0.75 ozCognac(VSOP preferred)
  • 0.75 ozSweet Vermouth(Carpano Antica or similar)
  • 0.25 ozBénédictine(Herbal liqueur)
  • 2 dashesPeychaud's Bitters(Essential for New Orleans flavor)
  • 2 dashesAngostura Bitters

Garnish: Lemon peel or a brandied cherry

Instructions
