Tuxedo

A sophisticated variation of the Martini, the Tuxedo No. 2 is an elegant blend of gin and dry vermouth, accented with the nutty sweetness of maraschino and a subtle anise finish. Named after the Tuxedo Club in New York, it remains a quintessential example of late 19th-century cocktail complexity.
