Ingredients
- 2 ozBlended Scotch Whiskey
- 3/4 ozFresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 ozHoney-Ginger Syrup(Equal parts honey and ginger syrup)
- 1/4 ozIslay Single Malt Scotch(To be floated on top)
Garnish: Candied ginger
Instructions
- 1Add the blended Scotch, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- 2Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 3Gently float the Islay Single Malt Scotch on top by pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.
- 4Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
