A drier, more complex variation of the Bronx cocktail that emerged during the Prohibition era. The addition of Angostura bitters adds a subtle depth that supposedly reflects the bitterness of paying taxes, though the result is surprisingly balanced and refreshing.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozGin(London Dry)
- 3/4 ozDry Vermouth
- 3/4 ozSweet Vermouth
- 1/2 ozOrange Juice(Freshly squeezed)
- 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
Garnish: Orange twist
Instructions
- 1Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- 4Garnish with an orange twist.
