Ingredients

  • 3/4 ozGin
  • 3/4 ozApricot Brandy
  • 3/4 ozCalvados(Or any quality apple brandy)
  • 3/4 ozFresh Orange Juice
  • 1 dashGrenadine(Optional, for a deeper sunrise hue)

Instructions

  1. 1Chill a cocktail glass or coupe by filling it with ice or placing it in the freezer.
  2. 2Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. 3Shake vigorously for about 12-15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
  4. 4Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass to ensure no ice shards or pulp remain.
