- 2 ozGin(London Dry gin is recommended)
- 1 ozLemon Juice(Freshly squeezed)
- 0.5 ozSimple Syrup(1:1 sugar to water)
- 0.5 ozCrème de Mûre(Blackberry liqueur)
Garnish: Lemon wheel and fresh blackberries
Instructions
- 1Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- 2Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- 3Drizzle the Crème de Mûre over the top of the ice so it bleeds down through the drink.
- 4Garnish and serve immediately.
