Amaretto Sour

A sophisticated twist on the 1970s classic that perfectly balances the sweet, nutty notes of Italian amaretto with the bite of bourbon and fresh acidity of lemon. The addition of egg white creates a luxurious, velvety mouthfeel that elevates this from a simple mixer to a craft cocktail staple.
